The AHS Home Warranty covers the repair and replacement of many system and appliance breakdowns as to the components and appliances covered by this contract but not necessarily the entire system or appliance or every situation or condition that causes a breakdown or results in a repair or replacement. Additional charges may apply for some repairs and replacements.
